Had a bus booked for an event and the driver refused to take us. Then the driver kept arguing with me stating that the people that he dropped off told him that the people he picked up were coming right out. After talking to Jackson the manager about the issue he claims that after talking to the driver he believes that the trip was completed. I'm not sure how you can believe the trip was completed when the driver never picked us up. Highly recommend not using this company.

Charter Bus Company Berwyn made our Cubs game day perfect! They transported 40 of us from Berwyn to Wrigley Field without any hassle. The bus was comfortable, and arrived right on time. The driver knew the best routes to avoid Chicago traffic. What impressed us most was how they handled the post-game crowd and got everyone home comfortably. We're already booking them for our next trip to Guaranteed Rate Field!

We used Charter Bus Company Berwyn for a recent trip to Brookfield Zoo for my 8 year old’s birthday. Their driver picked us up on time & was extremely polite, friendly, and patient throughout the entire day. We had a large group of 70 people, so we ended up using a large bus & a small bus. I highly recommend this company for group trips. They were more affordable than other local companies.
